How much does shipping cost?

Discounted shipping starts at $6 per 1.5 lb via SF Express. Free shipping on orders over $200. Exact cost is calculated at checkout based on overall product weight excluding packaging.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 24 hours. Typical delivery to the United States is 7–12 business days. Major cities delivery could be faster around 4-5 business days.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

No. We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for all destinations, so you should NOT face unexpected customs charges.

How is the package protected?

Crystals are fragile. We pack carefully with protective materials. If anything arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive tracking information once the package ships.
